Architectural Review Board

An Architectural Review Panel is in place to control the standard of development that is built within the Airport Industrial Park. The aim is to maintain a high standard of building, landscaping and presentation for each lot, thus insuring that all investment and business will benefit from the environment of the park. The Review Board is not designed to hinder but rather assist in quality development. Applications will be processed quickly and with positive feedback. All buyers within the estate will be required to build on the land within agreed time frames. The Park is divided up into several precincts and each precinct has a different set of covenant standards & uses.
