Seashift Properties Pty Ltd specialises on property ownership and development in south east and central Queensland. Seashift is focused on commercial and industrial properties along with selected niche opportunities associated with apartment buildings and residential subdivisions. It often works closely with partners on its various projects to broaden its equity base and to compliment a conservative level of debt finance that it prefers on its projects.

Seashift uses its strong links into the Queensland construction and real estate industries and its well developed project management capabilities to gain its competitive advantage in this marketplace.

Fraser Coast Regional Council

Fraser Coast Regional Council oversees the managment and develpment of the region including Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Fraser Island, Woocoo and Tiaro. The council manages a local government area of 7,125 sq kilometres from the Gunalda Range to the south, past Howard on the Bruce Highway to the north, east to Fraser Island and west to Biggenden and serves a population of about 89,000.

Fraser Coast Regional Council brings together all aspects of economic development: grants; incentives; major development projects; tourism and promotional activity. Its Economic Development Unit seeks to increase business activity and employment by promoting the regions' opportunities and attributes to attract investment and by assisting the retention and expansion of existing business. The unit works closely with the Queensland Department of State Development.
