The Hervey Bay Airport Industrial Park is an alliance between Hervey Bay City Council and Seashift Properties Pty Ltd.

This development will have a value to the region of approximately $100 million on completion. It incorporates important infrastructure features for the convenience of owners and tenants including broadband access and industrial water recycling, proximity to a major jet airport, local shops, service station, childcare and other support services.

The Industrial Park has been carefully designed to establish precincts with individual characteristics, each enhancing the overall aesthetics of the development whilst optimising the opportunities for businesses with similar industry requirements.
